You’ll stay informed on beauty trends and product knowledge, support inventory and merchandising, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals while upholding Sephora standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
- A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences by providing tailored consultations and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Stay ahead of trends by keeping up with latest beauty products, techniques, and trends.
- Drive sales results and KPIs to meet targets.
- Maintain a beautiful space through inventory support and merchandising; keep the environment clean and welcoming.
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork; promote a culture of openness.
