Responsibilities

• Customer Relationships & Service: Deliver an outstanding customer experience by building relationships, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Branch Operations: Process teller and account transactions accurately while supporting daily branch needs.
• Account Opening & Customer Education: Assist customers with opening consumer and business deposit accounts and enrolling in digital banking.
• Sales & Referrals: Identify needs, recommend C&N products, and refer to banking partners when appropriate.
• Regional Branch Support: Provide coverage for other branches; travel within the region may be required.
