• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Comfort with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects.
• Identifies customer needs and provides advice on financial solutions.
• Engages customers to complete needs assessments and recommends tailored solutions (e.g., everyday banking, lending, home financing).
