Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of personal and small business banking needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver a personal customer experience in a consultative sales environment.
• Regulatory and risk awareness and compliance with lending policies.
