Job summary

As a lobby leader, you will identify referral opportunities, collaborate with partners, and ensure compliance while driving branch results and a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field.
• Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and apps.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales roles.
• Knowledge of basic banking solutions to refer to specialists.
• Desire to deliver a personal customer experience and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide guidance on financial solutions.
• Welcome customers, guide them to digital/self-serve options, and enable fast banking.
• Conduct client conversations to recommend channels and banking services.
• Handle transactions with accuracy and meet branch targets.
• Analyze customer profiles to address personal banking and credit card needs.
• Collaborate with branch team to support operations and referrals.
• Follow risk, compliance, and privacy guidelines in daily tasks.
