Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field desirable.
• Confident and experienced with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and apps.
• Some experience in consultative customer service or sales roles.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions.
• Strong drive to deliver a personal customer experience and results.
• Resourceful self-starter with good listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers entering the branch and explain digital/self-serve options.
• Identify customer needs and advise on banking services and channels.
• Collaborate with partners to refer opportunities that grow the customer relationship.
• Contribute to branch business results and customer experience.
• Handle operational tasks such as filing, applications, and maintenance of records.
• Uphold risk, privacy and regulatory requirements in daily activities.
