Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in a retail environment with customer interaction.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Ask personalized questions to convert transactions into cross-sell opportunities.
• Call leads, visit businesses, and develop referral networks for workplace banking.
• Meet daily performance metrics while balancing priorities.
• Learn cash handling, transactions, and bank documentation per standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
