Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check must be passed according to company policy.
• Ability to work in a team and with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling receipt and payment of cash in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and directions from supervisors.
• Aim for personal achievement of monthly new account production as assigned by management.
• Cross-sell bank services and products to customers.
• Process deposits, cash checks, and issue receipts; balance daily transactions.
• Enter transactions into computer and issue receipts; handle money orders, cashier\'s checks, wires, and CDs.
• Support a diverse customer base, including a large Spanish-speaking population.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
