Job summary

Frost is seeking a Personal Banker II in Dallas, TX to serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering Trust, integrity, and relationship-building. The role emphasizes education on deposit and loan products and achieving assigned sales goals while maintaining high service standards.

You will handle daily transactional services, outbound outreach, and cross-team collaboration to ensure a smooth banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customers with a focus on acquisition, expansion and retention of customers.
• Maintain a high level of proficiency regarding all Frost products, with emphasis on deposit and loan products.
• Provide transactional services including deposits, payments, and check cashing as needed.
• Meet sales goals for deposit and loan products by discussing customer needs and presenting Frost solutions.
• Educate and advise customers about Frost products and services.
• Work effectively with Frost bankers and customers.
• Make outbound calls for service, sales and onboarding efforts.
• Stay updated on product, technology and industry trends.
• Manage risk and practice loss prevention.
• Ensure high quality, prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
• Act with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve win-win outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customers with a focus on acquisition, expansion and retention of customers
• Maintain a high level of proficiency regarding all Frost products, with a particularly high level of expertise on all deposit and loan products. This is necessary to effectively educate customers on these products
• Provide transactional services to include accepting deposits, payments, and check cashing, as needed
• Use all opportunities to meet assigned sales goals for deposit and loan products by discussing personal financial needs with customers and present product and service solutions to our customers in which Frost can best serve their needs
• Educate and advise customers about products and services
• Work effectively and amicably with all frost bankers and customers
• Making outbound phone calls to customers for service, sales and onboarding efforts
• Keep abreast of current product, technology and industry trends
• Manage risk and actively practice loss prevention
• Ensure that the quality of service given to customers is prompt, efficient, accurate and courteous
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need :

• Required Availability: Monday – Friday, 7:30am–6:15pm with Rotating Saturdays, 8:30am–1:15pm
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
