• Open, close, and maintain checking, savings, time deposits, and IRAs; manage accounts and basic banking services.
• Identify sales and referral opportunities to meet related goals.
• Develop, train, and motivate lobby associates to assist customers and cross-sell bank products.
• Resolve client questions promptly, protect customer privacy, and maintain professional relationships.
