Columbia Bank in Napa, CA is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver exceptional client experience by following Breakthrough Client Experience Standards. You will acquire new clients and expand existing relationships by asking questions, offering products, and referring to partners as needed.
You will also identify consumer lending opportunities, handle cash accurately, open accounts, and support teller functions while building familiarity with business, consumer, and trust banking.
The Personal Banker is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience by adhering to our Breakthrough Client Experience Standards. They will acquire new and expand existing relationships with clients by asking questions to identify needs, offering appropriate products and services, and referring the client to the appropriate business partners within the Bank when needed. Also responsible for uncovering and originating consumer lending opportunities.
The pay range for this role is $19 - $28.
The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
