Job summary

UMB is seeking a Personal Banker to build client relationships, offer financial solutions, and promote products and services. You will learn UMB's products through extensive training and work closely with leaders for mentorship.

You will spend time asking personalized questions to convert transactions into cross-sell conversations, create sales opportunities, and meet daily performance metrics while upholding regulatory standards. Weekend/evening hours and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a retail environment engaging with customers and making product recommendations that lead to sales.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.

Compensation Range:

$38,916 - $57,244
