You will provide personalized recommendations aligned with customers’ goals and help them build stronger financial foundations while complying with policy requirements.

The role emphasizes on-site service in FNBO branches, collaboration with team members, and ongoing learning to serve clients effectively and ethically in a fast-paced banking

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Retail banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel welcome in the FNBO branch.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals and other transactions.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored financial recommendations.
• Help customers pursue greater financial well-being through guidance and products.
• Deepen relationships through outreach and follow-up.
• Comply with bank policies, regulations and laws.
