Blue Ridge Bank is seeking a customer-focused professional to assist new and existing customers with transactions, new accounts, and referrals. This role floats across branches, offering strong service, sales opportunities, and adherence to policies.
The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, banking experience, and a valid driver's license. Notary and cross-branch support may be involved, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
THIS ROLE WILL BE BASED IN OUR MINERAL BRANCH AND MAY BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL TO LOUISA, CHARLOTTESVILLE, GORDONSVILLE, ORANGE AND CULPEPPER BRANCHES
Salary Range: $35,000 to $49,000

This position is responsible for demonstrating a passion for excellence while assisting new and existing customers with their immediate, short-term and long-term financial needs through the handling of transaction, new account openings, and appropriate partner referrals and complying with regulations, policies, and procedures. This position floats between multiple branches.
Qualified applicants will primarily be assigned to the Mineral location and may also provide coverage at the Louisa and Charlottesville branches. On rare occasions, employees may be required to float to the Gordonsville, Orange, and Culpepper locations to address staffing needs. A high degree of flexibility is essential for this role. Candidates must have reliable personal transportation, a valid state driver's license, and current proof of automobile insurance.
