Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Retail banking experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Unrestricted work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Make customers feel welcome in the FNBO branch.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and transactions.
• Understand customers' unique financial needs and provide recommendations.
• Guide customers toward greater financial well‑being.
• Deepen relationships through outreach and follow-up.
• Comply with bank policies, regulations and laws.
