Job summary

You will work a flexible schedule, collaborate with teammates, and adhere to bank policies while striving for monthly new account production. Pass required background checks and maintain accuracy in all cash handling tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or be currently attending high school.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check conducted per company policy.
• Ability to work well with co-workers in a team environment.
• Welcomes and serves a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while handling cash in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and promote bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Aim for monthly new account production as assigned by management.
• Cross-sell bank services and products to customers.
• Process deposits, balance daily transactions, and issue receipts.
• Handle cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Prepare money orders, wires, CDs, and other bank products.
• Enter transactions into computer systems and maintain accurate records.
