Job summary

First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) is seeking a Personal Banker in Omaha. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, understanding customers’ financial needs, and guiding them to appropriate solutions within our branch network.

You’ll help with everyday transactions, build relationships, and participate in outreach while upholding bank policies and compliance. Starting pay is $22 per hour, with benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Retail banking experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Retail banking experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Compensation and Benefits Overview:

Starting pay for Personal Banker positions is $22/hour. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon significant lending experience, education, and/or skill level.
