First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO) is seeking a personable Personal Banker to welcome customers, handle transactions, and understand individual financial needs. You will offer tailored recommendations to support customers’ financial journeys, while building lasting relationships on the branch floor.

You’ll work onsite in Omaha, NE, in a team-driven environment that values respect, integrity and community impact. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus; prior retail banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits Overview

Starting pay for Personal Banker positions is $22/hour. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon significant lending experience, education, and/or skill level.
