You will collaborate with ecosystem partners, propose PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty, and support customers in leveraging digital tools to manage finances securely. Strong communication and risk awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent, with relevant experience or product knowledge.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Knowledge in banking, customer experience, proactive sales, digital awareness, effective communication, and risk management.
• Ability to identify opportunities, leverage technology, and prospect new business.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing.

• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.

Position Overview

As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Seymour, IN. • Associate’s degree or equivalent, with relevant experience or product knowledge.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role (military service may be considered).
• Knowledge and skills in banking, customer experience, proactive sales, digital awareness, effective communication, and risk management.
• Ability to identify opportunities, leverage technology, and prospect new business.
• Excellent problem‑solving and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Competency in matrix management and a strong sense of accountability.
