Responsibilities

• Serve as the connection between customers and Landmark National Bank by representing bank products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service greeting customers with a smile and addressing needs promptly.
• Process consumer loan requests, open and maintain accounts, data entry, and debit cards.
• Reset online banking passwords, initiate wires, and complete daily checklists.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and procedures are followed.
