PNC is seeking a Personal Banker to be based in Springboro, OH. You will acquire and deepen the branch customer base, drive proactive sales, and deliver a differentiated customer experience across PNC solutions to grow loyalty.
The role emphasizes risk-aware operations, collaboration with ecosystem partners, and strong knowledge of banking products. Typical requirement is an associate degree or equivalent with 3+ years' experience; no degree is required in some cases.

Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
