Washington Trust Bank is seeking a Personal Banker I-II at our Airway Heights branch in Spokane to help clients with deposits, lending products, and everyday banking needs. You will engage customers in person and by phone, open products, and deliver accurate information with a focus on service and trust.
The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive selling, and adherence to regulatory requirements, supported by training and a team-focused environment.

You’ll engage in individual and team sales strategies, receive comprehensive training on Washington Trust Bank’s products, and develop top-tier service and regulatory knowledge to support both internal and external clients.
Airway Heights Branch – 10609 W. State Route 2, Spokane, WA 99224, USA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:15am to 6:15pm; Saturday 9:45am to 2:15pm. Schedule may vary; must be flexible. Regular, reliable attendance required.

Personal Banker I-II: $20.00 to $26.75
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Airway Heights, WA. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. This position is also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
