Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Personal Banker / Bank Teller for a direct hire opportunity in Santa Barbara, CA. Key Responsibilities
  • Open new personal banking accounts accurately and maintain existing customer accounts.
  • Promote and cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation: $25 to $27 per hour.
  • Job Type: Direct hire.
  • Schedule: Open availability, including weekends, is required.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Open and maintain consumer banking accounts while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support customer relationship growth through needs-based product and service recommendations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, account issues, and service requests with professionalism.
  • Conduct outbound customer calls to generate sales opportunities and strengthen retention.
