Job summary

Jobtailor in Utah seeks a customer-facing banking professional to build trust with clients, handle cash and accounts, and guide customers to the right banking solutions. You will work across the branch to open new accounts, process credit applications, and respond to service requests.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, education.
• Prior experience in financial services or a highly regulated, customer-facing role.
• Experience building trust-based customer relationships through active listening, follow-up, and consistent engagement.

Requirements

• Ability to follow policies and regulations and escal risk concerns
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
• SAFE registration required at the time of employment; Wells Fargo initiates the process after the start date
• Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo policies
• Must comply with financial responsibility, character, fitness, criminal background, credit report, and ongoing screening requirements
