Role Description The Personal Banker is a full-time, on-site role based in St Clair Shores, MI, responsible for delivering personalized financial solutions and exceptional service to individual customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with deposits and withdrawals, opening new accounts, and providing guidance on banking products and services. The role involves actively identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate financial solutions, and educating customers on digital banking tools. Personal Bankers also help resolve account issues, process transactions accurately, and comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with branch colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and service goals is an important aspect of the position.
