HomeTown Bank in Redwood Falls, MN is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver exceptional customer service and customized banking solutions. You will handle daily transactions, open new accounts, resolve inquiries, and build lasting relationships with customers and the local community.

The role is a full-time, in-person position at the Redwood Falls branch with a rotating Saturday schedule. Pay ranges from $16 to $23 per hour, and a benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Solid math and computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn banking software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively.
• Knowledge of bank products and services.
• Availability to work rotating Saturday mornings as part of a regular schedule.

Responsibilities

• Open various types of new accounts, including savings, checking, money market, IRAs, and certificates of deposit.
• Cross-sell additional bank services to enhance customer banking experience.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and the bank, fostering strong relationships.
• Prepare follow-up letters and thank you cards for new accounts to maintain customer engagement.
• Assist customers with account problems, including reconcilement and research.
• Provide outstanding client service by understanding customer needs and recommending bank products and services that align with their goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

As a Personal Banker, you will serve as a vital member of our front-line staff, providing exceptional customer service and personalized banking solutions.
