Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering extraordinary customer service while ensuring accurate and secure handling of financial transactions. You will play a vital role in opening and maintaining consumer and business accounts and recommending relevant products and services to enhance customer relationships.

  • Accurately service a wide range of financial transactions.
  • Interact with and address the needs of our customers daily.
  • Open and maintain business and consumer accounts.
  • Offer ancillary products & services that align with customers’ personal and business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to refer business across all FIBT departments.
Qualifications
  • A High School diploma/equivalency or related experience is preferred.
  • Proven work experience in a customer service-oriented environment is preferred.
  • Experience running financial transactions preferred.
  • New account opening experience preferred.
