Ideal Care, LLC is seeking experienced support staff to assist an adult female client with developmental disabilities in the Rancho Bernardo area of San Diego County, CA. Positions cover both weekday and weekend shifts, with a compassionate, person-centered approach.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 1 year of relevant experience, reliability, energy, and patience. Duties include household tasks, transportation, community outings, and helping with personal goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with adults who have developmental disabilities.
• Must have reliable transportation, driver's license and car insurance.
• Livescan background check required.
• CPR/First Aid training provided if needed.
• Scheduled shifts include weekday and every other weekend in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with household management tasks and light cleaning.
• Support client with personal goals and daily living activities.
• Provide transportation to doctor appointments, activities and grocery shopping.

Ideal Care, LLC has an immediate opening for Experienced Support Staff for weekday and weekend shifts in the Rancho Bernardo area of San Diego, CA, supporting a female client with developmental disabilities.

The ideal candidate has enthusiasm, energy, consistency, patience and knowledge of developmental disabilities. Must have at least 1 year of experience working with Adults with developmental disabilities.

Staff is needed for an Adult Female with Developmental Disabilities. Some job duties include helping with household management skills, light cleaning, community outings, cooking some meals and assisting clients with personal goals. As well as transporting the client to doctor appointments, activities, and/or grocery shopping.

Pay: $21.00 HR

We have an immediate opening for weekday and weekend shifts in the Rancho Bernardo area of San Diego County.

Shifts needed:

Day shifts available:

• - Monday through Friday - 10:00am-3:00pm - schedule start and end times can be slightly adjusted if needed.

Weekend shift available:

• - Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) - 10:00am to 3:00pm - schedule start and end times can be slightly adjusted if needed.

This is an hourly position with a compassionate, supported living service agency that provides supported living services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
