I’m looking for an exceptional Executive & Personal Assistant who thrives on organization, solving problems, and making life run smoothly. This is far more than an administrative position—you’ll become my right hand, managing both business and personal responsibilities so I can focus on leading and growing the company. The ideal candidate is incredibly resourceful, technologically savvy, trustworthy, and capable of figuring things out independently. I need someone who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and solves problems before they become problems.

Location

Onsite in Chesterfield, MO at both my business and residence

Will start as a part time position (at least 25 hours) but depending on outcomes could quickly move into full time (40 hour/week position)

Responsibilities
Business Support
  • Organize meetings, deadlines, and priorities
  • Monitor and organize email correspondence
  • Coordinate projects and follow up to ensure completion
  • Research solutions and vendors independently
  • Create organized systems and improve workflows
  • Handle confidential business information with discretion
  • Personal Support
    • Coordinate personal appointments and scheduling
    • Run errands such as picking up packages, coffee, lunch, supplies, groceries
    • Manage personal calendar and reminders
    • Assist with travel planning and reservations
    • Help organize daily priorities and tasks
    • Handle miscellaneous projects that make day-to-day life more efficient

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, calendar management, productivity software
    • Willing to learn medical software for calendar access
    • HIPPA compliant (will provide)
    • Valid driver's license
    • Must agree to a complete background state and federal background check
    • Comfortable driving a company vehicle during the workday
