Job summary

Company Confidential in Long Beach, CA is seeking a warm, dependable personal assistant for our twin young adult sons, who are severely autistic. The role is weekday afternoons, Mon-Fri 2-6:30pm, with occasional weekend date-night shifts. Compensation is $25-$30/hr.

You will perform meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, and transport to therapy/activities, while supervising our in-home ABA therapist during sessions. This is a long-term family position requiring honesty, patience, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism/ABA, adults/young adults preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to commute to Long Beach.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation in a home setting.
• Light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Drive to therapy/activities on weekdays.
• Supervise in-home ABA therapy sessions.
