Job summary

United Cerebral Palsy Heartland in Saint Louis, MO, is seeking compassionate Residential DSPs for the Overland schedule. This part-time role covers Thursdays 3PM-11PM and Saturdays 3PM-10PM, totaling about 15 hours weekly and paying $21.00 per hour.

As a Direct Care Provider, you will assist with daily tasks, personal hygiene and community activities, while following medical orders. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required; mandatory training (5–7 days) at our corporate

Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent (GED).
• Clean Driving Record and driver’s training.
• A minimum of one weekend shift per weekend.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field.
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral).

OVERLAND

THURSDAY 3PM-11PM

AND

SATURDAY 3PM - 10PM

(15 Hours Weekly)

As a DSP (Direct Care Provider)you will perform the following responsibilities:

Provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene and facilitate fun activities.

Follow medical orders and administer medications.

Most importantly,provide choices to the clients for their daily activities to provide entertainment and community outings.

• High School diploma or its equivalent (GED).

• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel.
