Job summary

Premium Loaves in Milwaukee is seeking a Shift Lead to run a shift, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining operational standards throughout the shift.

You will supervise opening/closing procedures, assist with daily food preparation, and manage cash drawers while delivering fast, friendly service. This role offers growth opportunities, paid training, and benefits for eligible full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write and communicate in English.
• Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, standing and moving about the unit the entire workday.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that every customer receives world-class customer service.
• Routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery business and speed within the four walls of the restaurant.
• Completes and oversees daily food preparation (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production).
• Completes and oversees opening and closing procedures.
• Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness. Completes daily paperwork as necessary.
• Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift.
• Displays a sense of urgency in all tasks.

Salary Range: $14.00 - $19.00 Hourly

Job Summary: Shift Leads run a shift, but do not have authority over other employees. The Shift Lead’s job is to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and to confirm that operational standards are maintained at all times during their shift.
