Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking a full-time Store Operations Associate in Madison, WI. You will coordinate activities in the absence of Store Director, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the store's financial performance.

You will monitor policies, assist customers at the courtesy desk, and maintain a clean, well-stocked environment. Responsibilities include time clock maintenance, possible closing duties, product location knowledge, and adherence to safety and guest experience standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail or related experience helpful.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and interpret documents.
• Basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor associates' adherence to company policies.

Midvale Blvd - Madison, Wisconsin 53705**Position Summary:**This role directs and coordinates activities of store operations in the absence of Store Director, Assistant Store Director or other management to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations to ensure that the work shifts of all department associates contribute the financial best interest of the store.
