Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team on schedule, delivery, and status of all permits.
• Obtain documents from engineers to facilitate permit applications.
• Serve as liaison between company and client for permit approvals.
• Prepare and submit permit applications to agencies and boards.
• Review plans for correct revision dates and permit details.
• Manage paperwork in the work management system and update status.
• Enter permitting data and maintain all related files.
