TE Certified Electricians, Heating & Cooling is seeking a detail-oriented Permit Coordinator in Georgia. The role focuses on handling high-volume permit applications for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects, coordinating inspections, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with homeowners, inspectors, and utility companies, maintaining precise records and timely processing. The company emphasizes integrity, safety, and growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume permit applications for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects.
• Coordinate inspections with inspectors and failed inspections with homeowners.
• Process all permits accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate power drops and electrical service upgrades by working with utility companies, inspectors, contractors, and homeowners.
• Track approvals and inspections through city and county offices.
• Maintain accurate records of permits, fees, and inspection results.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Permit Coordinator to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high volume permit applications for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects
• Coordinate inspections with inspectors and failed inspections with homeowners
• Process all permits accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Coordinate power drops and electrical service upgrades by working with utility companies, inspectors, contractors, and homeowners
