• Must possess an Associate's Degree or above
• or must have at least 48 hours of earned college credit
• or must provide passing scores for the Work Keys test (Silver Certificate)
• Proficiency in skills of reading, and writing
• Minimum age of 18
• Must pass a criminal background check as prescribed by state statute
