Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals
Provide skilled speech-language therapy using appropriate clinical techniques and evidence-based practices
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care
Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans, strategies, and recommendations
Participate in care planning and communicate patient progress with the interdisciplinary team
Promote patient safety, independence, communication, and overall quality of life
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for California licensure
ASHA certification or eligibility preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

For candidates with at least one year of SLP experience and beyond, the anticipated compensation range is $60–$65/hour, based on qualifications and experience.
For new graduates, compensation will be discussed separately and will be aligned with their level of experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
