Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Los Angeles, California team on a permanent basis. The position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotation, supporting work-life balance while delivering patient-centered care.

With a 99-bed facility and 35-hour work week, you will evaluate patients, create individualized plans, and collaborate with the care team to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of California.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their clinical needs and goals.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, and safe techniques.
• Promote patient safety and encourage progress toward functional goals.
• Maintain compliance with applicable clinical, regulatory, and facility standards.
