Job summary

StaffDNA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Ohio. You will provide life-saving care to critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced interventions.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, administer medications, operate ventilators and monitors, educate families, document progress, and contribute to ongoing patient recovery.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing for Ohio.
• Experience in an ICU setting preferred.
• BLS/ACLS certifications expected or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients on admission and create individualized ICU care plans.
• Administer medications, fluids, and treatments per orders; monitor responses.
• Operate ventilators and monitors to support patient recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Educate families on treatment plans and provide emotional support.
• Accurately document progress and adjust plans as outcomes change.
