Qualifications

• Experience with the CARES system.

Responsibilities

• Secures permanent housing for clients from various sources.
• Assists clients with property search and negotiates terms.
• Explains tenants' rights and responsibilities.
• Refers clients to additional support programs or services.
• Maintains daily logs, records, and reports.
