No previous road or bridge construction industry experience required, although experience in the traffic control industry or related industry is a plus. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Requirements

• Able to lift 80 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Able to load & unload dispatch trucks
• Capable of following specific directions from supervisor with acute attention to detail
• Should exhibit good judgment in the field including safe work practices around live traffic and adhere to the company policy at all times
• Ability to operate motorized hand tools and equipment required
• Able to accurately use rulers and calculate measurements
• Cooperative team player attitude required
• Eligibility for inclusion on the company covered driver’s list is required
• Able to work nights or weekends if necessary
• Willingness to improve industry knowledge & learn new skills

Education Requirements

• Required: High School Diploma
• Obtain/Possess a Class D driver’s license
