Job summary

StaffDNA® is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient settings to design and implement customized rehabilitation programs tailored to individual needs. You will assess patients, plan treatments, and work with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and independence.

In this role you’ll guide patients through therapeutic exercises and education while monitoring progress and adjusting plans to achieve optimal outcomes in a supportive, clinic-based environment.
