Job summary

Golfpark Strelasund seeks an Accountant (m/f/d) for immediate start. The family-run resort offers a permanent contract with flexible full-time or part-time arrangements, a thorough induction, and a supportive team culture.

The role covers supplier invoices, costing by cost centre, issuing invoices, booking payments, and document archiving. Ideal candidates have a commercial apprenticeship and basic accounting experience, with MS Excel proficiency and DATEV knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk, office clerk).
• First experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Desirable: Knowledge of DATEV.
• Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Independent, structured, and meticulous way of working.
• Teamwork and a sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Processing and checking of supplier invoices.
• Data capture and preliminary costing by cost centre.
• Writing outgoing invoices according to specifications.
• Recording of incoming invoices in the system.
• Accounts Payable and Bank Transactions.
• Filing and archiving of accounting documents.
