Youth Service Bureau of Illinois Valley is seeking a Permanency Worker to manage cases involving substitute care, adoption, or guardianship in the Princeton, Ottawa, and Aurora areas. You will also process adoption and guardianship subsidies for children enrolled with the agency.

This role requires driving with a reliable vehicle and meeting insurance requirements within 30 days of hire. DCFS adoption meetings may be attended as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Needs a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Provide full case management for goals other than reunification.
• Prepare subsidies and ensure all subsidy submission items are completed.
• May carry reunification cases as assigned by supervisor.

Bachelor's in Social Work or related field
