Job summary

Wegmans in Rochester, NY is seeking a warehouse employee to accurately select cases and build pallets for store delivery, helping keep shelves stocked and meet customer demand in a fast-paced, physical role.

You will operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and enjoy comprehensive benefits, paid training, and opportunities for career growth within Wegmans.

Qualifications

• Food distribution center or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating pallet jack and forklift.
• Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Vocollect is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and stack pallets to ensure product protection and safe delivery.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, Vocollect).
• Effectively communicate with management and the team.
• Lift 20–25 pounds, with maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally to frequently.
