McLane Co. is hiring a Warehouse Selector IV for our Perishable Department. You will pull full-case orders, read labels, and transport items to the dock using powered equipment.

The role emphasizes safety and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Starting pay is $24 per hour with benefits beginning after 60 days, plus vacation, sick leave accrual from day one, and paid holidays after 90 days. Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform tasks safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities of full-case items and lift onto a pallet or cart.
• Transport selected cases to designated dock area using powered equipment.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
