Job summary

Pacific Seafood is seeking a Route Delivery Driver in Sacramento to support the Transportation team with efficient route delivery, accurate product and pricing information, and on-time customer service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, a clean MVR, and the ability to pass a road test; strong safety awareness and local knowledge of the Sacramento area are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of delivery and sales of perishable food products.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years.
• Ability to pass a road test.
• Preferred: familiarity with local Sacramento area and time-sensitive deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
• Load and secure goods, verify orders, and complete delivery paperwork accurately.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues to the manager.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety guidelines at all times.
• Provide accurate product and pricing information and offer excellent customer service.
