Job summary

Food Lion in Edenton, NC is seeking a Perishable Department Associate to deliver fast, friendly service, keep displays fresh, and ensure food safety standards. You will help maintain product levels in meat, dairy, frozen, and other perishables while supporting teamwork and a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, rotating stock, labeling and stocking items, and following company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service in the Perishable Department.
• Receive deliveries, rotate stock, and store appropriately.
• Maintain product levels across meat, dairy, frozen, and other perishables.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, and company procedures.
• Complete CBT and Training Aid courses as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned
