Lakeview Hospital is seeking a Perioperative Surgery Assistant to support surgical staff and maintain a safe, efficient operating room. You will assist with patient care, sterile technique, turnovers, and coordination with the Sterile Supply Coordinator.

Strong communication, organization, and independent work are required. This is a non-union, full-time position in Stillwater, MN, with day/evening shifts and an hourly salary range of $20.13–$30.19 plus benefits including health, dental, 401k,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current AHA BLS or ARC CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Healthcare Provider BLS.
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgical personnel in patient care according to department and hospital standards.
• Understand sterile technique and sterile field; facilitate turnovers.
• Support Sterile Supply Coordinator and ensure safe operating room operations.
