Job summary

Overlake Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Perioperative Services Technician to provide support to the Surgery Department, including transporting patients, stocking supplies, assisting with room turnover, and coordinating equipment logistics. The role may involve assisting in patient care activities for diverse age groups within the assigned area.

The position is full-time with a 40-hour week and an 8-hour evening shift. Candidates must hold a Washington NA‑R licensure and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Washington State NA‑R licensure required; NA‑C preferred.
• Healthcare provider CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Transportation of patients to and from the operating room.
• Routine ordering and stocking of identified supplies.
• Assisting with room turn‑over and related cleaning.
• Equipment logistics and inventory management.
• Assisting, as directed, in patient care activities.
• Assisting in the care of patients of various ages within the assigned area.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Washington State NA-R licensure
